Place Your Order is an online ordering service for food stands, markets and pop-ups. Guests scan the QR code at the stand, order and pay on their phone, and get a message when their food is ready for pickup. No app to download, no line to wait in.
How it works for guests
- Scan the QR code at the stand to open its menu.
- Order and pay securely with Square (Apple Pay, Google Pay or card).
- Get notified when it's ready: by email, or by text message if you choose to enter your mobile number (how text notifications work), or just keep your order page open.
For food businesses
- A branded menu with photos, tasting notes, deals and live stock, so items sell out on their own.
- A kitchen screen that shows each order the moment it's paid, with one tap to mark it ready.
- Payments go straight to the business's own Square account.
- Staff codes, approved kitchen tablets, and sales exports.
